Had an online order, even showed the manager on duty the order at 8pm August 13th, dude was a clown and refused service because he didn't have my order in his system. I showed him the order on my phone. Absolute clown.
everytime i go here i ask for extra spicy pepper sauce on the sandwich and on the side. and they are always stingy w the sauce even when i pay for the extra. im just a pregnant woman with cravings. hate getting home and i get a drop of sauce on a dry sandwich.
The food is always ok from here sometimes fresh other times you can tell that its been out longer especially when it comes to there fries those are a hit and a miss if you get ones that have t been there for a good hot minute. The works tho over the years ig the work industry expects less from them because they have no personality and don't greet you properly and when they open the window to give you your food half the time it's did you order this (you confirm) then they hand you your food and shut the window and walk away. ... read more
