Manager w/ (purple hair) always has a attitude in the morning especially with delivery drivers there never a reason to be rude I’ve DoorDash and ordered at the store and sometimes she calls you sir next second she talking to you crazy she should be way more professional if she can’t handle the job I’m sure there’s others hiring, like how are you possibly mad at me because your receipt machine is down like grow up
So we pulled into this location for 3 things fries and two drinks. Well we did the curbside pickup and well after waiting 20 minutes our order was canceled so after ordering again it started to rain, I guess the employees aren't allowed out in the rain. So we decided to go through the drive thru and just let them know what we ordered and show its still pending status. On 7/26 me and my Mama went to the McDonald's on tobacco road Augusta Ga. and my mama ordered a fish meal and I got the rewards $6 meal of the quarter pounder the food was cold and old and then you have two employees a male and a female that were cussing each other out or extremely loud extremely outrageous very unprofessional the managers were unprofessional and we're really not assisting the situation I have to call in I guess their biggest manager for that store to get it shut down and calm down and it still was like a 45... read more
