The screenshot is the email response I received back from them. At the bottom it said it was letting that McDonald's know what happened. Still have not heard anything from them. We ordered two big breakfast and an additional hash brown. When we got to the drive-up window there were fries in the bag. I made a mobile roughly 10am since I live in Clearwood it takes me a little bit to drive down. This was my breakfast as I am driving to college and when I park and go inside to grab my order there is nothing in the window. I go up to the counter and say that my order was cancelled because I was 4 minutes over 1030, when they stop serving breakfast. This doesn't make any sense to me, you received my order and then took it away at 1030? It makes sense to not take any orders after given time by to completely take away the order... read more
Great food and friendly service.
love this is one of the only ones i can visit and not have to pull everything out of my bag before i leave. every custom order i get they nail it (extra mayo, no lettuce, extra pickel, etc)
