I went on 9/8 around 9ish. The drive thru service was awful. Many of the soda options were out. Our bottom buns were hard. The drive thru attendants need training on common courtesy. Management really needs to evaluate the night crew. I know it's only McDonald's but your prices are too high for the service provided.

i don’t even know where to start.. i came in and ordered two fries. i asked for three ranches and the lady very rudely said TWO ONLY. i then proceeded to ask if i could just pay for the other one and she said yea and fastly walked away. i went to the self check out and rang up ranches and the total came up as 0.00 so i went back up and told her and she grabbed a handful and placed it in my hands. mcdonald’s is charging for ranch?!?! and also a personal problem i have with this location specifically is the non refill of sodas... read more

You need to fire whoever was working the window between 1955 and 2015 on Sept 1. She didn't seem confident or competent at any point I'm the interaction. I didn't have faith in her during the order taking. I get to the window and the order is wrong. She doesn't give me my drink. She doesn't give me receipt. Get rid of her. Fast food can't be that complicated.
