They say they are a 24 hour location and they don’t take orders after 11:30pm. This is a joke and very aggravating. Placing an order online after work expecting to get an order then it just being a “ghost” order is ridiculous. Change the hours if no one is going to be there after 11:30 pm!!!!!
I'm a diabetic and this is my one indulgence weekly. I ask for a dirty diet coke with sugar free swirl every time. Today I decided to ask the manager if it automatically comes with sugar free swirl because it's a diet soda, she said no you have to ask and this isn't sugar free, I said I did ask. Food was good and came out fast. Took a couple extra minutes to get our frappe. Lost a star because the bathrooms were dirty. Toilet paper was all over the floors. You could tell they hadn’t been checked for a while. Also in the ladies room the toilet paper holder wasn’t locked so when I grabbed the paper it opened up and almost went on the floor. There were only a few people dining in and it was about 11:30am when we got there.
