Every time I come here I either get a milkshake that's 60% full or the line is so ridiculous it takes 30 minutes to order or even tell them you put in an online order you've been waiting for. They mostly have teenagers (poorly) working and are always understaffed but REFUSE to hire anyone new. Waiting in one drive thru line behind someone else for 5mins while the other line got cars in and out. I backed up, went to the other line, informed them, as to which the polite individual stated "there's supposed to be a 2nd person answering that line" I said there wasn't someone to take orders for the past 6mins now and could they possibly be able to get someone to take the couples order that's been sitting there waiting patiently.
