Manager said discount would be applied to my order was extremely rude to me dismissed my concerns acted like she put the discount on my order and then walked away having me pay sure enough discount was not applied and I was fraudulently charged I want a full refund for the fraud and misrepresentation of charges requested refund still waiting

Not specific to any location but basically all McDonalds tries to fool you by offering different combination of meals and "value" deals at different price points to confuse you. A McValue double cheese burger has each patty that is only 1/10th pound or 1.6 Oz. Their buy one and get second for $1 more then gets you 6.4 Oz for around $5.40 so you get more meat than quarter pounder at $.80 less. Visited its Mililani restaurant. Me and my family dined in, today. The customer service was very good and now they bring your order to your table. I thought that was awesome. Been through the drive thru many times and its fast. I will be back to dine in again definitely. And it was super clean. Outstanding job!
