I had a very disappointing experience with McDonald’s. I placed an order through SkipTheDishes, and after we started eating, we found a hair in the food. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely ruined our meal. We had no choice but to throw away the entire order. When I contacted customer support, I was first told to wait 24 hours, then 48 hours. After all that waiting, my refund was denied with no proper resolution, which is extremely unprofessional. Very poor experience. I do not recommend this location.

Food is fine. Its mcdonalds. I go late at night as a night worker. Im not expecting the world. Tbh iv never had cold fries so thats actually pretty cool. There is a concern I have tho. Safety concern honestly. The staff advised me and multiple other drivers to pull ahead ti wait for food BUT they insist on pulling into the "entrance/exit" instead of the dedicated 1 & 2 "waiting" slots across the parking lot. Just went on their drive thru got a mac veggie meal and when i opened the bag found fruit flies stick on the fries... Ridiculous
