I only take my son there I can't stand the food
not what they used to be. I won't support fast food anymore. I go in for water or the bathroom which are never cleaned.
Horrible service. If you're the owner of this McDonald's and care even a little bit you need to fire the Caucasian manager who works early-mid afternoon and looks like she does speed. She's horrible. She's always forgetting parts of orders and holding up the line and has the worst attitude. Can't imagine any of the crew find her tolerable either. Total morale and customer killer I'll never ever be going back to the Auburn hills McDonald's by the mall ever again.
I ordered a hot tea but I wasn’t given a tea bag. I went inside to get it and the Mexican lady at the counter (I’m assuming was the manager) assisted me. She got the tea bag but, when I told her I didn’t get any sugar, she rolled her eyes and said, ugghhhhh!! Such awful customer service. Even if she was mad that I requested the tea bag that I paid for, the professional way to deal with it should’ve been for her to keep her attitude to herself.
The lady manager who's all amped up needs to be fired. Very combative and argues, even over heard her cussing at a customer and other employees. Horrible service will never be coming here again.
