Short staffed but the employees went above and beyond for me and my family
Rudest customer service. Packed all of our food even though we said it was for inside. No hello, no smiles. Had to ask for packs of ketchup. When we asked for a second dipping sauce we were informed we already asked for one. Numerous workers seen us and walked past us before helping us. All the workers act like they’re miserable and want nothing to do with helping the customer. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s and won’t consider stopping here again.
Dirty bathroom and lobby, rude, forgot my kids chicken nuggets in his happy meal. No way to get a refund because I was already on the highway.
