I’m usually a regular here, but my visit on Sept. 6 was unacceptable. An employee insisted on taking my phone to “fix” my mobile order, which made me very uncomfortable. She also let the F-word slip during the exchange. Our food was poor quality (stale fries, no ice in a drink, and a Big Mac with a tiny patty). I emailed the franchise owners three days ago and never received a reply. Customers deserve better service and consistency.
They keep forgetting the drivers and the one who is in charge of handing them out constantly vapes especially after waiting a half hour for your order it's pretty infuriating.
