I need the receive and they didn't have paper to print it. -The do not clean the tables, and floor
I had an issue with a double charge from the app. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience this caused me, Steve was less than sympathetic. I returned a few days later when the payment posted to my bank, Steve processed a refund. He pressed that I was the only person this has ever happened to, which I completely disagree. I said I've had this issue in the past, it was always a easy fix. He made me feel unwelcome, despite me being a regular customer.
I was in queue to place an order for five minutes, but when my turn came, I was told they are not taking any more orders and "are closing early". Would have appreciated to be informed of this when I first stood in line.
