I do not know who screws this up!
Ordered a large iced vanilla latte, there was no vanilla in it AT ALL. Ice was melted and not full to where it should be. So disappointed
Every time i order burgers from there, they are very dry & so are the buns, not fresh at all! Keep hoping that the food gets fresher but has not as of today
Some kid in a black carharrt sweatshirt was working the window tonight. Airpods in, didn't say a word. As someone who has worked in customer service for years and still does, his attitude sucked. Idk if this was the same kid on headset but if so, couldn't even hear him talk, only mumbled. He shouldn't be on window if he can't say a word to a customer. 10 minutes in drive through and there was barely anyone in line. Kid needs some training or a new job.
