As a senior walking into this McDonald's with the ceramic floor. I almost slipped, it was wet. My cane was slipping on the floor. I felt very unsafe. I don't usually go inside of mcdonald's, so maybe they're all like this. But should have had a different floor
They should really hire people that can speak english for the drive thru - i asked if this location is 15 E Dundee Rd and she said no it wasnt?
it was terrible, i asked for some sauces and the girl just closed the window and left, i called her she didn't care about me. i will never come to your establishments again. complete disrespect, i feel humiliated for my own money!!!
