Melanie is so wonderful. She is professional has great customer service and and always greets customers with a beautiful smile.
You have to order only from the unmanned stations. If you use the app & it has any problems they say you'll get your money back in. 24 hours, you dont. When you try to resolve problems with the counter clerk, (that you have to wait on) she comes out & says she "knows nothing, what do you expect, Iam a 16 year old high school student." You can't get your money or food.
They got my order wrong. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle instead they gave me the sausage biscuit. And since I drive a truck, and open it up 10 miles down the road... No sense in going back. Everything was cold and stale, and I won't be going back. However, the lady that was working the front counter was very nice. She was helping other customers with the kiosk, and her customer service was spot on. It's an absolute delight watching her help customers and be truly engaged. That woman needs a raise.
I have honestly written a review about this McDonald’s multiple times, and it seems like each time they continue to get worse. Never order anything extra that you have to pay for because you will not get it. I have paid for extra sauce packets. I have paid extra for extra caramel in my drinks and being charged $.60 or more for each sauce packet and or the extra caramel to never receive it.
