I’ve been here multiple times because it was close to where i live. i see that there are multiple different employees each time we go, and this is for the manger. MAKE SURE THESE DANG EMPLOYEES KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND LISTEN TO WHAT WE ARE SAYING. this makes me mad because i don’t get the correct meal i ordered. example: just now, i ordered the K-pop Demon Hunter meal and only got the regular 10 piece nuggets meal. Came here to order a 40-piece nugget, three shakes and some Oreo mcflurry for my kids. The sheer laziness i asked for a drink carry. I was told you can get it yourself. It's behind you. I get no straws my bag. I get no spoons in the bags. My dipping sauces were not in the bag. Lids for the strawberry milkshakes weren't even on properly These entitled people are absolutely astonishing at this location
Stopped here with my son. Ordered at 12:42. A happy meal and a value meal deal. At 12:55 i asked if we can get food to go because we had things to go get done. After 5 different people looked at my receipt. They still haven't gotten my food together at 1pm. Most workers just standing around looking lost and confused. Needless to say. Won't be back here ever again.
