Staff was polite and paid attention when customers were present. Other McDonald's in Waco will ignore you. Great vibe by the crew. Food was fresh and correct. Best McDonald's in Waco.
Good place except for two older young teens in the play area that where very rude and mean staff and management needs to keep a better eye on who is in the play area and running around while people are eating

I went through the drive through this morning to pick up my mobile order. I made sure I was at the right location before I arrived. They couldn't find my order and told me to pull up to the 1st window. The older Caucasian lady with the garish makeup at the 1st window always has an attitude. Management needs to do something about her rudeness. What really irritated me was the older Caucasian woman at the 2nd window getting an attitude with me and they already had my order made. Listen.. you don't give enough syrup for your stack of extremely dry pancakes, then you give one small butter for 3 dry pancakes and a biscuit. What is wrong with you? I always get orders missing items, one day it's 5 butters, next day 1. I ask for extra syrup and am instructed to pay. You are not offering enough syrup for the meal, you are not offering enough butter. The same meal cost more on the weekends than during the week. You really need to get it together this is a joke.
