During the lunch hours I stop here more than I want to admit to. The food is fast food but the group they have working there keeps me coming back. They are friendly and get my order right every time!
I ordered the new bacon ceaser mc crispy and it was horrible. It look like they gave me old chicken and it was dry and they forgot my BACON.
This is supposed to be a quarter pounder I got this at the 13 Mile and schoenherr location McDonald's is McDonald's to me. This is a Whopper and doordash won't give me my money back
Terrible experience with dine-in service at this location. I placed an app order and had to wait over 20 minutes just for two basic chicken sandwiches. When I expressed my frustration and asked to speak to a manager, the staff was dismissive, telling me 'we are busy with other orders' instead of offering basic accountability. It is completely unacceptable to treat walk-in and dine-in customers as an afterthought just to pad drive-thru times.
