I took my son for his birthday, we had a pretty large order but it was made pretty quick, staff was amazing and food was tasty. I love all the sensory tables and walls. My daughter is Autistic so she was definitely feeling it.
Pretty slow like most "fast food" places these days. Bland corporate excuse for a restaurant. They should definitely bring back the old McDonald's and Ronald.
Placed a mobile order at 8:59 am. Requested it for table service, I input the table number and it said invalid and to go to the front or drive-thru. So me and my kids had to wait at the front, no one, not even the cashier, asked how they could help us. I interrupted the cashier and asked him I check on my order that I had placed on the app. He said the drive thru was getting really busy and that they were working on it. My autistic son worked hard and earned a simple treat today, a double hamburger with ketchup only. The drive-thru employee was kind, but the burger was completely wrong snd disgusting looking! Cheese when even the wrapper said no cheese. When I went inside, the manager laughed it off and no one apologized. It may seem small, but for a child with autism, moments like this really matter. Just disappointed in the lack of care and understanding.
We get coffee each week and have great time. Brianna is a delight.
