had a frustrating experience during my recent visit. Despite clearly repeating my order multiple times and even slowing it down to avoid confusion, it was still entered incorrectly. The employee at the speaker (Amber) struggled to get it right, and unfortunately, the final order was wrong. The wait was long and disappointing, especially given that the order was simple.
