Cashiers and drive through employees hanging around in the lobby with friends not working. Let us stand at the counter for a few mins before I just went to kiosk. Nothing worse then seeing the lobby dirty and hearing the off the clock worker saying clean up for what? It's just mcdonald's. Maybe thats the standard you guys accept.
