If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited the McDonald's in Fox Lake on 6/20 and spent about $30 on my order, only to get home and realize I was missing items and that much of the food was cold. Mistakes happen, but what happened afterward was far worse. I tried calling the store multiple times to resolve the issue. The phone would ring once and immediately go to voicemail, and to make matters worse, the voicemail box was full. There was literally no way to reach anyone. Very average McDonald's don't know if the franchises never put out the soda machine or if it was recently removed/renovated to comply with corporate was surprised there wasnt any customer facing soda machines. Also noticed the storage for condiments and straws was highly disorganized and mislabeled and that a bunch of the straws in the star holder were went Table also was seemingly wet as my wipes package got wet. Overall very average McDonald's

This place is the worst! We ordered food from here, door dasher went to pick it up. It wasn’t out/ready and the manager said they don’t have the order and were not going to make the order even thou we showed them screenshots of our order! This is the worst mcdonalds I have ever ordered from and been to! Stay away!!!
