HORRIBLE. ORDERS WRONG AND COLD. NOT OK
I placed a mobile order for a McCrispy with EXTRA pickles, and somehow they managed to make it with NO pickles at all. Mistakes happen, but what happened next was unbelievable. I came back politely to have the order corrected, and not a single employee apologized or even said, “Sorry for the inconvenience.” Instead, the staff acted rude, annoyed, and completely unprofessional, as if fixing THEIR mistake was somehow my problem.
