Im not going into great detail. All you need to know is we had to come back to this place TWICE to get our correct order. And they still didn't get it correct. There is probably a McDonalds 5 miles down the road in any direction. Do not go to this one, trust me.

Absolutely terrible experience at the McDonald’s in Fox Lake, IL (1390 S US-12, Fox Lake, IL 60020). I went through the drive-thru, paid for my order online , receive my drinks and they told me to pull forward and park because my food “would be right out.” I sat there for over 30 minutes. Nobody ever came out. Cars that ordered after me were getting their food and leaving while I just sat there like an idiot. Finally I went inside to ask what was going on. If I could give this McDonald’s zero stars I would I had three simple meals. They sat me for half an hour then I walked inside and they acted like they forgot about me, but the staff was laughing like it was some type of joke. Then I asked for the receipt which I didn’t get and I had to wait another five minutes for a piece of paper the most unprofessional group of employees I’ve ever seen from the manager all the way down if you live in the area, I’d recommend going anywhere but here.
