I had a really disappointing experience with one of your employees. She was completely unprofessional and showed zero empathy toward customers. I called ahead, was told to come in, but when I arrived, my order had been canceled—and my card was still charged. When I tried to reorder and use my $4 coupon, I was told I couldn’t. That’s unacceptable customer service.

Absolutely horribly put together sandwiches that took 30 minutes to get. What happened to fast food? It used to be fast and affordable because it's bad for you . NOW ITS SLOW EXPENSIVE AND SUPER BAD FOR YOU. I WILL NEVER GO TO MCDONALD'S AGAIN. ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION
