No ice cream, messed up my order, put ketchup on my burgers, found plastic in the apple pie, said I was wrong and that it wasn’t plastic
McDonalds near me is very convenient if I don't feel like or have time to cook. It's clean and customer service is good.
Beyond the fact that my order is wrong pretty much every time I come through this location. They seem to have trouble making shakes and such since they are as watery and not solid as possible.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a double cheese I ask for extra onion and this is the ONLY location that I swear to god puts like 10 individual diced onion as if done on purpose. Not even a normal amount on the burger. Whoever was working the grill at 11am 6/9 NEEDS TO GO. The past five times I’ve been there and asked for extra onion. There’s literally negative onion. Next time I go, I’m literally on packaging the burger in the drive-through to check.. I hope a supervisor or manager sees this and figures out who is working the girl ... read more
