The McDonald's in the Smith's shopping center is horrendous. There's always a wait for my food. As soon as I pull up to the second window I'm immediately told to pull up to the number to parking spaces ahead. Oftentimes there will be 2 to 4 vehicles behind me that will get their order before I get mine. There has been multiple times the order has been wrong or just bad. We waited at the curb side parking for 20 minutes before we got our food. By the time we got it, all our burgers were luke warm and we were missing a drink.
The counter lady was rude and barely spoke english correctly, they were out of ketchup (the ketchup drip pan was full of discarded sauce cups) and the restaurant was in a filthy condition, and they got our order wrong Also, apparently come to find out when i ask for ketchup at the counter, they’re out of ketchup packets AND the ketchup nozzle was out too. Seriously, how does MCDONALDS run out of KETCHUP?! Will not be dining here for a while if this is the way things are being run
Wonderful location with great staff, ive actually had the privilege of being on both sides of the front counter as a part time employee and as a customer and I frequently pick up dasher orders from here and I never have any complaints! The managers are fantastic, the staff is friendly and hard working and the food never misses
