I am not from this area I was visiting family and stopped in to grab breakfast the food was amazing hot and fresh I also want to let you know that the customer service I received from Lisa in the drive thru was amazing she was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure she had my order correct I have never received great customer service from any McDonald's I have been to Lisa is keeper and deserves a raise for her excellent customer service skills.!!
We visit this McDonald’s location often, mainly because of the play place, which our kids really enjoy. In the past, the staff used to be kinder and more accommodating, but it seems there has been a change in personnel. Lately, the customer service has been consistently underwhelming. Despite being frequent customers, the current staff often come across as unfriendly and unhelpful. Abysmal Experience: Unprofessional Staff and Harassment My recent visit to McDonald's was nothing short of a nightmare, easily The "service" I received was appalling, highlighted by a tall manager who inexplicably cursed at me. Such a display of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable and made for a truly hostile environment.
