I tried to order fries at 9:57 am. They told me they were only serving hash browns. Which is fine, but they should have offered to make them for a wait time. To flat out refuse 3 minutes away from the time they start serving lunch was kind of ridiculous.
Whoever was running the drive thru this morning should be taken off and retrained. Incredibly ignorant. Rude. Watch the tapes and listen to the orders. She was nasty to everyone.
Today, January 26th, McDonald's is accepting online orders and charging customers, but when you go to pick up your order, the store is closed. I'll have to contact them to get a refund. Their online ordering system is terrible.
They got rid of the cashiers you can't even order in person anymore. Despicable.
