This was my first time visiting this location, and their food was REALLY good. It was hot, fresh, and tasted better than any of the other locations in this area. I'll definitely be back!

I used the app. BIG MISTAKE!! The order was doubled, therefore a double charge. Then, I had to go inside, because I was rudely told by the manager that I was holding up her line!! Inside got no better, the restaurant didn't receive the order, but my card was charged for food I didn't receive. This was not my first bad experience with this location (250 Metro Dr), there are McDonald's everywhere, choose another is my recommendation.

This place is an absolute trainwreck, and it all comes down to the utterly incompetent management clearly. The kitchen is painfully slow, taking forever to get orders out, my food took over 35 minutes and arrived lukewarm at best. You can hear the front staff shouting for orders or anything else, but it’s clear the managers do nothing to keep things moving.
