Very excited to see the snack wraps are back. They were the only thing I ate from here and was very sad to see them go the first time.
45 minutes for my eat in order. Ordered on the app from a table. At 45 minutes my meeting was wrapping up and needed to leave but still no food so I went and had to complain to just eat my food I paid for. The parking lot was quite empty and it's far larger than the store could ever handle. The reason I mention that is we specifically noted how empty the parking lot was and how nice it was maintained. Not sure what went down inside.
I do not typically leave negative reviews but felt compelled to do so as my experience was so bad at this restaurant. I ordered at the kiosh but it never printed out my order. This happened to another customer and together we had to ask a manager for assistance. It took several minutes to locate and print our receipts. The lobby was FULL, and that's when I realized everyone was waiting for meals, resolution to missing items, and completion of orders. Food took forever to come and when we finally got it the fries were cold and my medium fry was about 3/4 filled. We were waiting 20-25 just for this and while we were waiting I noticed that one of the workers REEKED of smoke. Go to any other fast food place before going here.
