I work at P&G, I have ordered once in awhile. Every single time the order takes FOREVER but you get the entertainment of the workers fighting with each other. Best part is it says open until 11p, you are two times I’ve gone on my 10p break at work I have ordered and pulled up to the place closed. I’m sorry to be that person but this place has gone down hilll! The employees are rude as hell, and I never get the stuff I need for my meal! There customer service skills suck!
This location is such a disappointment. The staff really don't care about their customers or jobs. Unfortunately I come through this location regularly. One of the few things I order is a caramel frappe with XX caramel. Everyday I pay for that 2x caramel and everyday I'm lucky if I get what would be considered the regular amount of caramel. I'm sick and tired of paying all this extra money and not getting what I paid for and ordered. Then when I ask them to add more they want to charge me more again? No price on the board for fries. Was shocked when a medium fries was 4.19plus tax. Ridiculous. With tax it was 4.50. Stupid for a medium fry, not doing that again.
