terrible service and disgusting food.
i'm not one to write bad reviews typically but i've had issues at this location to the point i'm seriously gonna contact corporate bc it's ridiculous. Went an hour before close, hands me a cold double cheeseburger with a stale bun so i go back around and ask for it to be made fresh--- got another one but it was the exact same way. I wasn't rude and asked nicely. Pretty sure it was the manager who works at night it's a man. service here is so 50/50. been here multiple times and had problems several times w different staff, fries most important are either salted decently, not salted at all or just cold when u just got them. I got a frappe once and they forgot the caramel drizzle it comes with then i went inside to correct it and it was the saddest drizzle I've ever seen and dude gave me weird face. The night shift people can be rude too, feels like the workers are just really lazy. Some are nice, will make it fresh, but most aren't.
I work at P&G, I have ordered once in awhile. Every single time the order takes FOREVER but you get the entertainment of the workers fighting with each other. Best part is it says open until 11p, you are two times I’ve gone on my 10p break at work I have ordered and pulled up to the place closed. The first time sis at in the drive through for 10 minutes with the robotic voice telling me “we’ll be right with you” Fast food is supposed to be convenient and FAST.
