I did a curbside pickup and I normally have no problems with this McDonald’s, but we waited 15 min for our order just to go in and they forgot it was back there so when we got it is was starting to get cold, as well we were missing multiple items from our order, and they were not even that busy at the time, it was 10 when we got there and didn’t get our food till 10:26, we also had order prior at 9:40 so they had plenty of time to make it and still messed up
Ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel and they didn't put sausage on it. This has happened more than once. I usually don't post bad reviews because I like to support the town of Vinton. But this McDonald's sucks!
