I really hate to leave this review because this is my neighborhood Mcdonald’s and my visits are usually very pleasant, food is fresh, order accurate, etc. However, I’m not sure if there’s been a change in staff or management but my last few orders have been nothing but disappointing. The food feels like it’s been premade and left out, not fresh at all, fries cold and bland, and no care taken into account for getting the order right. I dont understand why is says 24hrs and when i showed up after placing an order on the app, i get ignore for about 10mins and when they finally come to the window they tell me its closed.
Yo I don’t even like to complain because I understand things get hectic but the drive thru workers didn’t say a single word to me at the windows even after I said thank you 💔 Never mind the fact that I waited like 10 mins in line and they didn’t even get my order right, genuinely do better
