Literally in the drive through for 45 minutes. Messing up every order and asking at the final pickup window "uh what was your order again" Very bad management here or severely understaffed. Im not even sure if my food will be hot as im still sitting here......

Aug 2, 2026 the air conditioning is either off or broken. 90 degree ambient temperature in the lobby area. The floors are filthy with dirt and grime in every corner. There was something like grease that caused the floor to be very slippery in front of lobby drink station. The stainless counters behind the drink station haven't been cleaned in months.
