I worked here at one point, a decade+ ago and it was a blast and great place! Managers cared about service with a smile, quality and speed in that order. My orders have been correct and fine 9.5/10 times, but no more smiles and no more speed it seems. Long drive through times, no smiles and seems like staff is just miserable. Sad to see! I'd think this is a reflection of management all the way around, and/or lack of motivation for the rest of the staff. (I've worked in management for 15+ years now)
Whoever this owner is needs to do a way better job staffing. To lazy employees to ridiculously long drive through times. I've placed mobile orders 3 separate times and have had to go into the actual mcds because they cant find my order. Only mcds I've ever had this issue with. Either the owner needs to quit being lazy or let someone else buy it up. Give us a Wendy's instead or something this place blows
