I had an extremely unfortunate experience that has still shaken me. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich deluxe meal that was supposed to come with a large fries. I began to eat my meal and once I got to the bottom of the bag there was no French fries to be found. I decided to speak to a worker were I was told I should of spoken sooner ( mind you it has been less then 8 minutes since I received my food) the worker then proceeded to ignore me when I asked if I would be getting my fries. Might be the worst service in history
They should tear the new building down and try again. It was clearly not designed for customers. It is dark and cramped and you cannot see into the kitchen so have no idea what is going on. Ordering kiosks are scattered around with no clear lines and you can no longer fill your own drinks or get condiments, napkins, etc. seating is limited and is too close together.
