Service is slow. Never seen a McDonald’s this slow. Hire real people who can do their job correctly and fast.
Why have a double drive thru. You can't service one. At 18 minutes. 2 cars moved. And your stuck. Can't pull out and leave.
This is the second time that I have been at the drive-thru for breakfast for myself and my three kids and it takes over 30 minutes. The first time my order was wrong, the second time there was no silverware or napkins and we were missing a hash brown. Both times were a terrible experience.
Awful....Absolutely terrible. Ridiculously long wait time. Drive thru all backed up. Lobby full of people waiting an hour for food. No sense of urgency to fill orders. Employees bickering loudly in the kitchen. Dining room looked like it had not been cleaned since they opened. Garbage and spills all over the place. Soda area was so gross. Huge huge thumbs down for the McD's.
