The girl who was on the mic for my order must have been from a different planet because theres no other way you would mess up this much on this simple of an order. I ordered a mcflurry and nugget meal i was give a sundae (after she clarified mcflurry) and my mcnugget meal with the wrong sauces (I was never asked which). To add on the line was to the entrance of the parking lot. Terrible.
Ordered an iced coffee through the drive through with light ice and it came with extra ice. I went in to get it re-made. I could see they sat it down near something hot and let it sit for 5 whole minutes while I waited then gave it back to me. Couldn't have been hard to remake, instead they made me wait and just let the ice melt. Weirdest issue I've ever had at a fast food place so I just took it and left.
I went through the drive thru on Canada Day and ordered an ice cream cone and a Mc Frappe! When we received our order the employee passed it to us and said “Ta Da” with a big smile on his face! it literally made my day! It was extremely busy and you could tell the employee enjoyed his job and he made us smile at the same time!
Started our Canada Day morning with Aleena on the drive thru who was so cheerful, kind and efficient. She made us smile and food was great too!
