Nice friendly family atmosphere!
I said no ketchup, they put ketchup. So I went back around & nicely said my sandwich was wrong. The worker replied, " she SAID she said with no ketchup," like I had a reason to lie. The manager came to the window, and she handled it. She asked me to pull around, brought me some fresh hot everything, and apologized. That staff, though....hmmmmmm??
