My Mcchicken lettuce was old and the mayo was hot like it was sitting in. A warmer for 30 minutes my second Mc chicken was plain (not what I asked for) hot pancakes with no syrup or butter or jelly , asked for honey and got honey mustard when the receipt says honey tried the new mccrispy had so much piled in it that it just all fell out not sure if that’s normal but it made the sandwich gross the sauce made it wet and gross the people whom helped me were very sweet tho
I don't think I have ever gotten my order quickly at this location. Even using the app, currently, I have been waiting in the drive thru for over 15 min. If my money hadn't already been spent, I would have left a while ago. Do they have more than 2 people working on a Friday night? There is a huge line. I guess I always come to this location at peak times? Idk, definitely the SLOWEST location in town. I wish they didn't make it so difficult to cancel my order and get a refund when I use the app...
What a horrible experience with the morning manager. Management needs better training on how to handle customers professionally.
