I came in to order my food last night 05/24/2026, i order a big order and than turn around and order a frappe with my points for the crew member tell me that the frappe with extra caramel not working so I told her can I just get a McFlurry plain, she told the manager and the manager said it free anyways,but I paid for extra caramel so it wasn't free anyway and she also stated that my points with come back on my phone, I ask her why she didn't put out of stock on the kiosk she basically said she don't know why y'all didn't. I hate this McDonald’s I definitely called corporate on them because everybody in there be having a attitude for no reason didn’t nobody tell you to come to work or make you come to work the manager rude taking bags from customers talking about customers to other workers that work there while the customers standing right there worse McDonald’s ever if I could give yall a 0 I would I don’t like this McDonald’s at all worse one
