I'm a dasher and this McDonald's is amazing. Customer service is great. They really push to get our orders out. That such the case at others.
Young girl working counter was very rude - my order was wrong missing some items- the customized items were wrong. When i asked for the manager and told ber what was going on an imder lady in a nightgown in the lobby got up and accousted me - it was the employees mom. The manager allows the employyes mom to sit in the lobby while her daughter works and any time someone complains about the girl the mom gets loud and rude - manager never stopping it - i made mention of the poor service and was told by the valuzzo mcdonalds emp... read more
