Fries were well overcooked hamburgers were smashed and nasty this is by far one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I will not be going back
Okay McDonald’s why do you guys have the lobby open if nobody is ever working front counter? It seems that workers walk right past us as if we’re invisible! Every location in Waco Texas does this! Just close the lobby and have drive through and curbside only.
Pésimo servicio se tardan mucho en atender, estuve esperando mucho. Y escuché otra persona quejándose porque se tardaron en dar su orden. También estaba muy sucio.
Horrible store, SLOW SLOW SLOW, waited 1 hour for pies and they still hadn't even started cooking them. The employees are rude and dirty, literally watched one go from mopping to making food without gloves. This place needs to be closed down
