This was easily one of the worst breakfast experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s. I ordered a McMuffin and expected a basic, fresh breakfast. Instead, the sandwich was extremely stale, and to make matters worse, there were multiple pieces of eggshell throughout the egg. Cleveland Rd. Georgia. McDonald's water is not free in the Predominantly Black communities they are charging 1.50 ( One dollar and fifty cents) . In other White and mixed communities their water is Free a cup of ice water. Henry, Mcdoungh, Hampton, Clayton, Conyers and Covington Georgia, will serve you a cup of water for Free. Every time I should at this location it’s always a problem I ordered from DoorDash and the never give me my nuggets that comes when you spend a certain amount then I call no one ever answers go to this location no one’s being professional I hate the experience at this location
Employees are very rude and unprofessional. They lack training and customer service skills. The amount of money I spend everyday at this location, I rather go to chic fil a and get my money worth and good customer service. I’ll never spend my money at the Cleveland Ave location ever again. Horrible location and very rude employees.
