We just left this establishment. It was a very busy day in there because of the games. Orders were getting mixed up, people were getting upset but there was a manager there who took care of everything with poise and grace. She showed patience with the customers and her staff. She even took care of a complaint from last night in the midst of it all. She was working as hard if not harder than everyone there.
