This location always seems to be out of cookies anytime i've ever asked. Its so simple, "do you have any chocolate chip cookies" and their answer is always yes, and every time i get to the pay window, they apologize saying they are out. This is why i asked during ordering. Its either that, or by the time i get to the 2nd window, they apologize saying they dont have them and offer a different kind. 100% of the time i say no and get a refund solely to be an inconvenience to them as they are to me. Worst Mcdonald's I have ever been to. The service is slow, food was not good quality, and things were missing from each order. My burger was old, dry, missing the cheese, and looked burnt. My fries were cold and were not salted properly. They also gave me a coke instead of the iced coffee that I had ordered. I will never be returning ever again.
I came here at 11:50pm this blonde woman I believe to be the manager because she was the only one wearing black gave me terrible service the food was not cooked all the way and she refused to replace it
