Amazing customer service by Callen in the drive through, yesterday. He should train every drive thru employee in the city to be just like him. He made quite the impression in a very short period of time. Not fake just a real down to earth, what you see is what you get. Which is the way it should be. Assistant manager Chayton was quick to sing his praises. Give the kid a raise. He's doing a great job for you.
hands down the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to… i walked in and was completely ignored for 10 minutes then after someone finally came to the front my coupon wasn’t working and they did nothing to even try and fix it and i’m broke lol so i can’t afford full price but ya wow…
My family and I went through the drive-thru to order ice cream, but the experience was unacceptable. The person taking the orders did not have the patience to listen; she only took one of our items—an Oreo McFlurry—and ignored the rest of our order.
