Worst service I've got in the nastiest McDonalds I've ever stepped into. Not rush hour, nobody in line, and I've been waiting 20 minutes for a 10 piece combo. I've asked twice and I'm not sure if they're all slow or what the deal is, but I thought this was a fast food restaurant. The order process was very slow and almost empty inside waiting 30 min for a Mobil order. The employee working there didn’t seem like she wanted to work, little then wanting to serve you I ended up going to drive thu since no one inside wants to attend. But resulted in the same outcome

Arrived at 5 o’clock on a Friday. Two cars in front of me in the drive-through. The place should be jumping… The guy taking the orders couldn’t care less about being there and was dismissive as if I didn’t merit his attention. After placing the order and waiting a good 5 minutes, none of the cars in front of me had moved yet so I just left. This location is inert. Can’t get service, can’t get food. It obviously needs an entirely new staff and new management.
