This is the better McDonald's in the area when compared to the other one on Virginia Ave. I always get better food and better service at this location. A few items are also cheaper at this location.
There were two managers on duty as I walked up to the counter. One was on the register, I guess those were her three children sitting at the table, I said excuse me and both female managers walked away. As if they were escaping their duties. They didn't acknowledge me standing there. One young lady walked up and helped me. Her customer service was excellent!! The managers need to train more on their customer service skills. One bad apple can spoil the bunch and as you can see there are two managers that need better training!... read more
