Girl who took my order at drive thru last night felt some type of way bc she had to get help ringing up the order. Pull around to the window and she is digging in her nose trying to prove a point. Then she Went to the back with my food. They bring it out to the window. Ok, I paid and left. I have my receipt and the whole bag of food. Management needs to reach out immediately! Monday morning I’m calling the food inspector. McDonald’s do better.
Yesterday I got stain a bind and had to provide breakfast for a whole job site, I was extremely worry I was not going to be able to do it. I went to this location and was helped by Norma, she was super happy to help and made sure I had everything I needed. Very happy with this location! Norma is the best!
Self service, fast and very clean.
Poor customer service, orders always missing items or sub-par food preparation.
My food was delivered to me completely bagged like groceries instead of hot food. I had 2 drinks with to combo meals and my food was placed directly in the doordash bag without another bag for my food. My bacon quarter pounder was out the box on the bottom of the bag and fries were spiiled everywhere and cold because of my food having direct contact with the drinks and the bigmac was tossed around in the container.
