I pulled up to the drive thru at 11:30 pm . I waited several minutes, no one took my order so I drove up to the pay window , no one there so I pulled up to the pay window , seen a woman sweeping. I honked , nothing, sat there several minutes, nothing. Pulled around to the drive thru, again no one took my order . So I just left , not happy at all !!!
It's McDonald's what do you expect. Whoever makes the bagels needs a raise. There job title has been elevated to professional fluffer. That bagel was so hard I sat it on the counter and it cracked the granite. I took one bite and I looked like the US hockey team after winning gold. I think I'll probably keep coming here for convenience but I'm never taking a hockey puck to the mouth again. It's insane how bad this location is. Has stopped allowing the use of the app and regularly takes 20 minutes to get your food even if there's 2 people in line.
After numerous problems with this mcdonald's, this last one.Was it for me. I refuse to wait 30 minutes for my food. So I asked for a refund. I got told I had to pull forward and wait on my refund for thirty minutes. I finally had to call the police and have them get it for me. And I was told that I was never allowed back on the property again. That's good, because I will never darken their door again.
