Every single time I go to this McDonald's, I try to order a Frappé and their machine is NEVER working. Literally. Every single time. Also, 9 times out of 10, the food, especially the French fries are always cold and/or soggy.
Such rude and unprofessional management. Go else where. I distract customer support. No response
The owner genuinely does not care about this store. Orders are consistently wrong, staff are often rude. No improvements. It's pathetic. Unless you want cold food, the wrong food, or staff that are just ignorant and make it obvious they don't want to be there, don't go to this McDonald's. The one near Lavale is significantly better.
