I'm not one to post negative reviews unless it's called for, so here it goes. I ordered a bacon/egg/cheese bagel and 3 hash browns maybe 20mins ago? I overheard a man in front of me say he's been waiting for 30mins for a similar order. Maybe it's shift change but some employees came sauntering in very slowly and everyone in the lobby can hear a complaining conversation happening very loudly in the back. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now- on and off. I’ve gotta give mad props to Tiffany. She’s always been such a joy, super interactive, kind, & personable - and what makes me come back! She makes sure I have everything I need! She’s truly an asset and this location definitely couldn’t strive without her kind soul.
Been here twice and both times have had to wait 15 minutes for mobile orders and both times they have forgotten multiple parts of my order. The girls are nice, but this is ridiculous. It's fast food, it shouldn't be this difficult, but for some reason they always seem overwhelmed by everything and discombobulated. Just read the ticket and pack the order. I usually don't rate fast food places but I have to say this is the dirtiest McDonalds I've ever been in, PERIOD!!!!! Dirty tables, trash on the floor and total disorganization behind the counter.
