It McDonald's, low quality, 5☆ prices. Horrible service 😑 U know the drill.
After trick or treating we decided to swing by McDonald’s. We waited over 30 mins in DT and while we waited someone came to the back door to look out and decided he didn’t like what he saw so he slammed the door now. Overall if we have to deal with service taking forever the least you can do is not have a bad attitude.
Understaffed, and staffed with a rude mgmt. Understand you guys are short staffed on a holiday, no excuse for shitty attitude. Mgmt needs work, hire more, and have accountability.
The staff was very friendly, but we did a mobile order and they weren't able to bring it out so we still had to get in the drive thru which was very slow. Then, they forgot to give us straws, but we noticed and asked for them. They forgot to give us the kids drinks, so I had to go back inside to ask for them. The lady inside was so nice and got us the kids drinks, but then when we got home we realized they forgot the kids apples. That was just a lot of mistakes for one order.
