Very friendly! Food was hot and freshly made!!
Every time we attempt to give them a chance. The food is stale, old, or made sloppy. Or just people waiting 45 minutes to an hour for fast food. Employees arguing with each other or standing around. No one at the counter. Garbage.
Took for ever to get my order and then they had no sauces in the back no napkins or straws. When I went back to the counter stood there waiting for anyone to get ketchup and barbecue sauce the employees ignores me. By time I got my ketchup, my fries were cold The service at the location sucks and apparently the management doesn’t care because I have complained multiple w. Maybe it is my fault, keep stopping here thinking it will get better 🤦♂️
This restaurant has a clear lack of leadership. The cashier at the front a young lady isn’t properly trained to be on the cash register, she struggled with putting on the order “no lettuce” and wasn't familiar with the menu, saying “ ill have to ask a manager if the mcchicken have lettuce”.
