On July 13, 2026, the interior doorway separating the PlayPlace from the main dining room was propped wide open. I approached the manager, Shelly, to request that the door be closed so that I could safely keep my toddler contained inside the designated play area, rather than having them escape into the busy restaurant or toward the exit doors.Manager Shelly refused to close the door and argued with me, claiming it was "mandatory" for the door to remain propped open.
