I understand being busy and having long ticket times I also understand occasionally miss hearing somebody and not putting in special instructions for a meal, but not even bother bothering to thank your customers for coming in or saying have a nice day. It’s just terrible customer service. I didn’t even get a smile from the woman working the window if you’re going to mess up orders and take forever to get them out The least you could do is have good customer service
A typical McDonald's experience
i usually don’t write reviews at all. but this irritated me so bad. i got a doordash order last night and none of the drink cups were fully filled, all were half empty. i got a smoothie and it tasted like nothing, it was not good. for a 5 dollar smoothie i got half of the cup full of i don’t even know what.
Both time went through the drive thru the bread was stall and the Big Mac was the size of a cheese burger worst I have ever had both times.
