I ordered a coffee and asked for cups for water for my children. They charged me $3 per cup for the water, even though a coffee was less than $3. I asked several times to make sure we understood correctly that they were charging me $3 for a cup to get water out of their fountain. Then when I said that was outrageous and asked them to remove that from my order, no one could figure out how to remove the unwanted items. We spent $50 for breakfast and got shitty food and lots of attitude!
Cold fries.... cold burgers. Coffee was lukewarm at best. Went through the drive thru on the drive home.... looking thru the pick up window the store was in complete shambles.
